I have spent the last 18 months being coached by Kev at evolve running using the online coaching, I had an ambition to complete a Marathon and do well in 10k’s and half marathons, I was a middle of the pack runner using generic online plans that were not making the most of my training time. Since taking on a running coach I have now had P.B’s in all distances from 5k- half marathon distances and now completed a marathon and ultra-marathons, my fitness and overall well-being has improved and I can confidently say that evolve running has got the best out of my running and I look forward to continuing my running journey with evolve running– N.
